TRIVIA:
The Cafe was filmed behind the barbershop that Wiley B. Oscar chased Nick Rather through. The location originally scouted
for this location became unavailable on the day of shooting. Mr. Oscar put on his producers' hat and negotiated with a nearby restaurant
owner to borrow their chairs and tables to dress the area like the Cafe.
Producers Brian C. Price and Wiley B. Oscar both attended and graduated from Florida A&M University, FAMU, together.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Approximately 3000 headshots were submitted for the roles of Dr. Elizabeth Young, Dr. Alexandre, Agent Martin and Syria combined.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Wiley B. Oscar and Temple Poteat auditioned together for another film about a year prior to production of MIRROR.
-----------------------------------------------The actor who was originally cast as the Felon became unavailable. The role was then given to Nick Rather, who never auditioned for the role, at the last minute - due to his stunt work background. He was volunteering on the set of MIRROR as a Production Assistant and Assistant Stunt Coordinator at that time.
-----------------------------------------------Producer Brian Price, makes a cameo appearance as the officer chasing the felon down the sidewalk and later tosses him into the police car.
-----------------------------------------------GOOFS:
When Agent Martin is at the Cafe eating with Agent Adams, he taps the drinking cup revealing that it is empty.
While chasing the felon down the sidewalk, the cop drops his night stick. Seconds later he has it.
QUOTES:
Agent Adams: You probably don't have time for her? She appears to like you!
Dr. Alexandre: Well Agent Adams, to be quite candid with you, we're very close.
Agent Adams: Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were together.
Dr. Alexandre: She's a very private person, but she did mention someone about a year ago. Apparently he stopped
making time and I guess she left him. ... It was his loss.
